Object Description

The Aparthotel was built on a 180 m2 large plot of land and is leased as a boarding house until 2017.

The passing of the object as a self-use is also possible. It is located in the centre of Bad Cannstatt, in a busy business street. The building consists of 19 fully furnished-room apartment, which are equipped with shower/WC, kitchen. Renovation and maintenance measures, as well as fire protection measures were carried out and the building is in a neat condition. The facade and the staircase are under monument protection.
